We take the utmost care shipping your items. Some items may require extra preparation, such as foam packing, disassembly, and crates. Most items ship within 1-3 business days. Extra time may be required for items that or not in stock or require special packaging.
FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL are our primary shipping companies. However, we have relationships with many other carriers who can suit your needs, including LTL freight, expedited services, shipping containers, sea and air freight, brokers, and exporters worldwide.
You will be provided with tracking information as soon as your item ships.
A great deal of our business is done internationally. Our team is experienced at meeting the challenges of international shipments by finding easy, affordable solutions. We are very accommodating to our customers outside the U.S. and are pros at export documentation, however we cannot change any invoice amounts for customs purposes.

The moment our equipment arrives at our warehouse it begins a rigorous process of inspection, disinfection, repair, refurbishment and certification. It is then carefully stored until purchase.
